The Columbia150 is a boating/camping event allowing the participants to explore nearly 150 miles of the lower Columbia River. It will begin at Beacon Rock on Sunday, August 9 and end at teh East Moorage in Astoria on Saturday, August 15.

The Columbia150 is intended to small (trailerable) sailboats with some form of auxiliary power, however anyone is welcome to participate.

PLEASE NOTE: The Columbia is a mighty river with strong, cold currents. The wind can go from a gentle breeze to a howling gale in minutes. In August, the wind generally runs upriver and can pile up waves of alarming height. There is a lot of river traffic - from pleasure boaters to ocean-going cargo ships.

Please consider carefully before committing.
You are responsible for your safety and the safety of those in your boat.
